Emmy’s day has been and gone in Lala Land.
The who’s who of the Hollywood small screen have hit the gold carpet at The Microsoft Theatre in LA.
The 70th Annual Emmy awards recognise efforts and excellence in the television industry, all the stars, directors and producers of the series we have binged all year. And of course, it wouldn’t be a Hollywood event without a best dressed list.
We have complied a list of our fave frocks.
Beginning with the honourable mentions…
In a gorgeous metallic number with a plunging V. We are getting old Hollywood vibes from Moore with her luscious waves. Loving the simplicity of this look.
SUAVE… Mandy Moore’s on-screen husband is killing the classically elegant black and white, and looking super suave on the gold carpet. Is anyone else seeing Bond, James Bond? We think Milo Ventimeglia should seriously be considered as the new 007.
Gold and jewels, what’s not to love. With a cheeky split and cut-outs its very on-trend. This yellow gold silk is giving us serious Andie Anderson vibes.
The voice of Frozen’s Anna is definitely channelling ice queen sister Elsa, in this tight white simple gown. We are loving Kristen’s slick and simple look.
TRACEE ELLIS ROSS
The award for Bravest Outfit goes to TER, in this fuchsia Valentino number. Never one to shy away from a bold statement, TER is rocking this more is more look, with metres and metres of material making a statement. It’s a win in our book.
The BEST DRESSED with out a doubt goes to…..
Not only did Biel have the most envied accessory in husband Justin Timberlake, the mother of one stunned in Australian designers Ralph and Russo; the combination of white sheer, structure and panelling created an award worthy gown. Paired with simple diamonds and distressed waves she was the envy of gold carpet.
She knocked the fashion ball out of the park again when she stepped out for the after party supporting a second Ralph and Russo floating cannery yellow masterpiece looking even more effortlessly gorgeous. A winner on all fronts… she can do no wrong in our book.
The one question we have is where can we find ourselves a JT?
